    Hi all

    I have been struggling a lot of late... I have been trying to reduce my anti depressant medication and have hit protracted withdrawal symptoms which have affected my mood a lot. As a consequence I have been using porn a lot to distract myself but I want to stop and get on a streak so I'm making a new commitment today to get a streak going and stick to it.
