    It is out of control. All day I have perveted sexual thoughts about girls. I cant think normally about them. I don't desire porn, but the urge to M is insane. Will this pass soon? I feel like I have a primal urge to just start fucking, I want to have a normal libido and not be a pervert.
     
  2. I don't know your situation or history, so I'm just speculating--but it might be quite the opposite. This might be your normal libido (not perversion) and natural impulses finally manifesting themselves. If it was always PMO before, you may not have experienced this and it will take some getting used to. You said you don't desire porn, but the urge to M is insane. That sounds like progress for some people! Stay strong.

    I'm 18 now, been watching porn since 10. I started NoFap in May and have been on and off on streaks. I'd say I am making good progress though. Is normal libido like this though? I thought you were supposed to look at women as human beings and not objects. I hate these objectifying thoughts. Thanks for responding man, you stay strong as well.

  5. That's an interesting question. Well, at its most basic, libido and attraction are like that. They're not subtle or properly behaved, and a woman's appearance may be the first thing that gets your attention and begins to engage your reaction. Of course, it becomes objectifying if you do not grasp, or if you fail to remember, that there is a complex and valuable human being there as well, and I think that's part of what maturing as a sexual person in society is about.

    Whenever we do PMO in our life it has very deep impression on our subconscious mind and is full of adult content because of porn , adult content we have watch till now

    And if we try to do NOfap opposite of PMO then our subconscious mind,body will not make hard to do NOfap because our mind,body is already use to PMO for past many year

    Solution:- what we need to do is to replace those impure impressions with pure impression by daily study about benefits of semen retention, meditation, exercise..e.t.c


    Change will not occur suddenly give yourself some time slowly slowly u can don't

    Working on what you eat and what you drink and an exercise program could help, IMO. I'm on a 100% natural and organic food diet, drink many herbal even bitter teas for health. I'm not exercising enough. Getting to healthy activities, 12 step meetings, working, etc. could help. There are herbs that have been recommended for sex addictions too. Hormonal irregularities are connected to health imbalances. A dedicated health program could help.

    20 minutes under icy cold shower will do wonders for your problem. When you feel like PMOing, step under the shower, open blue tap (leave red one untouched), endure the suffering and see your horniness evaporate.

    I take "bond" showers. Hot to cold because I want to actually clean myself. I usually stand under the cold for 2 minutes. Couple questions though. Do you move around in the cold or do you stand still and endure? Also is 2 minutes enough to gain benefits?

    I start with cold water on my feet and slowly move up until I reach my head then I just let it shower on me. 2 minutes sounds a bit on the short side. I did 25 minutes sessions in a summer. I opt for 8 minutes of daily cold shower now, because it's winter time (freezing temps outside) and 25 minutes was causing slight hypothermia.

    Rule 1: Limit your triggers.

    Rule 2: Write your feelings down.


    Rule 3: Contact your medical professionals.


    Rule 4: Call someone.


    Rule 5: Keep your goal always in mind.


    Personally I have always had an excess of physical energy. The physically demanding work trades were areas I gravitated to. Isolation is a major problem. Getting out and being active are solutions. As an internet addict, I need to greatly limit that, even positive sites can be unhealthy if I go overboard, and have been a member of dozens of hobby or serious sites.
