    Hi,

I've found that when you are unsure about the day you started, it is much easier to continue.

Initially I thought about putting a calendar on my fridge or something like that, but now i advise against it.

The real challenge is not only to stop PMO or MO, it is to start your new life.

Take care about you, then only take care about others.

    Regards,

  3. I agree, don't count the days. Instead, make an affirmation of faith every, single day, because you have to trust in the process of recovery. Be like Abraham as presented by Kierkegaard.

  4. I'm of two minds. It's a good motivator for maybe a year.
But by that point, you've really got to do more. If a guy is more upset about breaking the streak and resetting to zero than he is changing his life, he's never going to accomplish anything.
