    Hi everyone in the community. I am in my fifties amd I've been an addicted for more than 30 years. I want to start a new life. Any help from anyone will be welcome. Thanks in advance
     
  2. Welcome to NoFap! There's a load of good resources here, take a good look around and become familiar with the site and how it works.
    Feel free to share and much or as little as you like, it's a supportive place.

    Have you started a journal? I find writing in my journal helpful as it keeps me focused on why I'm here and what I want to achieve.
    There are various forums and various groups to participate in as well. You can share a thought or express how you're feeling be updating your status by clicking on name at the top right hand side. I'm here if you need any help.

    I think a good place to start is to just stay in this forum for now and see what other newbies are saying about themselves. After a while, go over to the Reboot Log forum and look at the journey of some of the members as they have chronicled it. Then you can go exploring anywhere you like. Good luck!
