I'm looking for forums where I can write short stories.

I want to start channeling my PMO habit into writing. The irony is that I've never been a fan of reading and my grammar is naff, but I've always had a powerful imagination and try to make stories out of them.

Does anyone know any forums I can use to write and improve my story telling.

    Thank you.

Are you looking for sites to post stories or sites that help with writing?

    a bit of both.

  4. the SCP Foundation http://www.scp-wiki.net/ is a good place to go to write about creepy scary creatures.
you could use https://kdp.amazon.com/en_US/ or use https://www.createspace.com/ to publish a book to kindle or
Google play or Google Books using this format https://www.writtenwordmedia.com/how-to-self-publish-on-google/
or you could make a hardcover book using http://www.lulu.com/create/books/

there are hundreds of ways to do this, I just gave you the most cost-effective ways to get your work to the public purchase.

you could world build with https://www.worldanvil.com/ and write about all the intricate details of your world as LoTR did in the past.

I recommend the NaNoWriMo site. Though NaNo is already over until next November, the site is filled with great resources. On the forums you can chat with other writers, get advice, etc.

Fanfiction.net is always another option if you'd like to start off from a position of less intensive world building. Despite its fair share of mediocre stories from a technical standpoint its not a bad place to get better at writing. I'd be happy to edit if you'd like.
Other than that just get started man, read a lot and write and the rest will come naturally.

Thanks mate. I think I'm alright for a editor for now I'm just looking into a new hobby. I'm also just sticking with scenes and not a full stories.

    I do appreciate the thought.
