Well almost a week there. I caught a pretty bad cold now... AGAIN.

The next 8 days are either gonna be really easy (body aches repelling being in the mood) or somewhat difficult (the warmth and comfort under extra blankets sliding me into temptation).

I should be okay.

Checking in --- Day 15 of my third 30 ... Thank you much for everybody here. At my first attempts I would fall too easily. Now I am aiming for the 1 year NoFap monk mode.

Come on guys, I know everyone’s life is different... but to those who have fallen.. get back up on that horse! How much do you want this?

You need to want to be clean more than you want to see P and M! Start your goal small and work it up, we are with you. That shame you feel when you have to repost “day 0”. Let that keep you from falling next time, think deeply about what you allowed to cause you to fail and don’t repeat it.
