In my honest opinion, yes, have sex with a woman. It helps to rewire the brain towards real-life physical connections as opposed to pixels on a screen. But, I also appreciate the dudes who go monk mode and totally cut out women. Choice is yours. Both are great.

You'll probably crave the connection with a woman even more afterwards, and it might be dangerous for you.

 

It depends on how you decided to do NoFap if you want to quit PM then sex would be ok.I don't see it as damaging to the process.The goal is to quit porn not sex.As for me personally I am going to wait until I finish the 90 days challenge.

I am asking myself similar questions. I am new to these nofap challenges and have thus far set myself a 30days w/o PMO (Hard Mode) challenge. I will then continue w/o PM (Standard Mode) for a further 60days, allowing myself to sleep with people again in the process. I am also not really paying too much attention on the counter as I am learning to listen to my body and emotions.

I feel that the benefits of real human interactions over-weigh those of complete abstinence but understand that it is different for everyone in their own struggles and journeys. OP i think it could be good for you to have sex at this point, although tinder may not be the best solution...

Has anyone else varied between modes during their journeys here?
