Day 25 of Nofap

    I am on day 25 of Nofap but during this period I face 2 time nightfall... So i am confuse is it relapse or not

    I'm not sure I understand what you have done "face 2 time nightfall"?

    Only you can set your own goals and boundaries with regards to your journey.

    If you can perhaps set out what you are trying to achieve, no porn, masturbation (PM), or no porn, masturbation or orgasm (PMO).
