What to do when the urge comes?!

    Well, I used to have no problem at all doing NoFap. I mean, I've never went as far as going 3 months without it, but definitely 2 months a lot of times. However, i dont know what is happening right now for god sake, the urge to fap sometimes just becomes so strong that destroys the hole day because i cant focus on any other thing besides masturbating to relief.
    I tried to take a cold bath. Men, I spent 2 minutes under probably the colder shower that I ever took and still, I DIDN'T GO AWAY
    What Iam asking for you gentleman is if you could share ways to take back your control when you are full of desire.
    Please, only serious replies. Iam trying to change my life..

    Just make sure that urge doesn’t lead to fantasizing (a long obviously with all of the other rules of nofap) and your good.

    It may be extremely hard. But getting through this urge will lead to a significant leap in recovery. Your brain will learn even more that fapping is not an option for you, and that it might as well give up trying to make you fap therefore the urge eventually subsiding.

    You’ll get there. Just stay strong. Don’t ever give in one bit. No peeking and no touching. There will be so much more when you don’t give in to your sexual desires.

    Try to socialize if people are around you or call some old friends. This can give you a positive energy.
    Try even to go out to take a walk do something by which you can “hack” your brain

  5. Do 10-25 burpees. It's an exercise you can easily google if you aren't familiar.

    i find anything you do will only delay the urge. you need to completely diminish the thought. sleeping, going out to an event, exercise are the only things i can think of.

    I forgot to answer you guys. Iam sorry. Well, iam on a 36 day streak. Thank you for the support. Everytime that I almost messed my streak up, I came to this post. Thank you! iam going to the 90 day streak. Wish me luck!

    Its hard to not relapse after you start fantasizing , key to nt relapse is to kiss the thoughts as thy start to appear. It will be easier to make big streak if you foloow this
