I just really need to be busy. Right now k am on day 6 and only recently (a few days ago) did I start working on myself. I have already discovered some good habits (meditation, reading in English (I am from Russia), running in the morning, taking cold shower), but I need to discover more healthy habits!
Tell me about all good habits you work on and bad habits that you try to get rid of and how you fight with them!

-Spend 30 min. a day excercising, even if you're too tired, walking outside will help
    -Go to sleep early
    -Drink lots of water
-Throw out junk food in the house, clean your fridge
-Speak with a friend you haven't spoken with in a long time and hang out with them

    - spend time in nature; a wood, meadow, near a river, lake etc...
    - have an hour offline. If you dont know what to do, go for a walk (minus mobile)
    - go to bed and get up early, at the same time every day
    - eat whole foods; fruit, nuts, dates
    - develop gratitude for what you have, take a moment to consider all you have to be grateful for
    - stop spending money on crap that you dont need
    - avoid alcohol and tobacco

  6. Good habits are a number beyond measure,
You know we can all list meditation, healthy food, exercise
But you know you have to adapt for yourself
I love going in the nature, it's relaxing. But I live by the mountain,I grow up in the nature.
If you live in a city like Tokyo you just can't do this. You'd better go to the gym to exercise.
So you know I won't list anything.
I'll give you just one habit that you can stick no matter where you live and it will change your life, I promise.
    Conquer your first hour
What I mean? As listed by many before me it's better to get up early. But it's not enough.
The challenge is easy. I'll give you a simple day plan:
-You get up at 6 30
-You get out of your bed immediatly
-Go cleaning and stuff in bathrom
    -Healthy breakfast
-and now you need the first chore of the day(e.g.:make your bed, do the laundry whatever you need)
-after that at at least 7 30 you can switch on your phone.
And you'll start the day with the right momentum and all the other good habits listed will be easy, you'll have a sense of pride in you, you'll feel stronger and ready to take your day. And most important don't cheat.
I mean maybe you need your phone for work since 7. That's ok. Woke up at 6.
Conquer your first hour and you'll conquer day.
Conquer everyday and you'll conquer your life.
I mean last friday I didn't have to make any call at all.
    I woke up at 5
I switched on the phone at 12
I dare you to try it my friend.

Yeah, I have heard about this "first hour" technique before, but I didn't use it actually. Thank you for advice, I will change a schedule a little bit (because I go to school) and defenetly give it a try.
