DAY 3 - 365 DAYS - HARDMODE

● 8 hours sleep.

● 0420 wake up.

● Breakfast: oats-honey-coconut oil-Peanut butter-Blueberries-banana.

● Black Coffee.

● Supplements: Zinc-Ashwaganda-Maca-Creatine-Tribulus-B12-Niacin(B3).

● Drink 1 litre of water.

● Drive to gym.

● 1 hour lifting.

● Protein shake.

● Lunch: brown rice and quinoa with carrot, sweet potato, zucchini, lean mince beef.

● Supplements: Fish oil-Vitamin E-Turmeric-Collagen-Resveratrol-Probiotic-Garlic.

● 1730: eat banana. Drink electrolytes.

● 1800: swim 50 laps.

● Dinner: Steak, Avocado, Walnuts.

● Magnesium for sleep.

● Rinse and repeat.
