My story.

Hello all.
Im new on this community becouse i seek help for stopping my addiction of fapping.
I started since my 12 year becouse i always felt alone and sad and the only "emotion" i got was porn. Never had a girlfriend , always friendzoned becouse to soft and funny. The girl i liked almost 6 years got in love with my best friend ( at that time like when i was 12-18) now im almost 20 and same crap no gf, few friends becouse i dont trust becouse back stabs and very friendzones. Since is 2020 i want to stop fapping to reset my mind set of loliness and depression. i have already 3 days but my objective is at least 90 or more. I have this counter to count the days.
I hope i can see here any cheer or help from all people! Btw im from Portugal so if my english/american is bad dont judge me
