How do i study in flatline?

    So its been 2 months since i started nofap and right now i am on my longest streak of 8 days. My mind is completely haywire as of now. i need to study hard but i always end up on social media or something else every 10 minutes. Other than that i get lost in my thoughts. i don't know how do i stick to studies. I really want to do MO as i think it will help me concentrate. but i want to continue my streak. How do i keep studying without any disruptions? any suggestions?

    Get yourself rosmary and smell it, that increases your concentration. Aswell be strong, you will get in touch with it. Last week I thought I will bust a nut any minute but the urge dissappeared slowly after few days. Now I'm preparing for Round 2. Stay strong bud!
