Headache, dizzyness .can i ask ure sumptoms

 

I got obsessive thinking about girls body. I just keep thinking about their body which giv eme anxiety also . Is it caused by pmo also ?

 

Can i be normal , i m goij thru this for 2 yrs

 

I relate to all the aforementioned withdrawal symptoms.

Since I started PMO (15 years of addiction, now on day 9) I now have the strong desire to smoke cigarettes, e-cigarettes and drink alcohol (beer). When I don't do sports I always drink in the evenings to calm me down and I use the e-cigarette for hours to battle my nervousness.

Has anyone of you experienced something similar ? How did you overcome the urge to switch from one addiction to another?

 

Wow. I'm so thankful I have found this forum.
I flatline when I reach 5-7 days.
Depressed, no motivation, lazy, angry, nothing feels fun, everyone feels annoying, any drive I had to do nofap my mind fights against. I will cry when i am alone for no reason.
If I resist? I will definitely get a wet dream even when I never fantasize. Then the following day, I feel like I have a block in my head and I become even more furious for resisting so hard against something I can't control that leaves me feeling like i relapsed.
so i say screw nofap,
but then i regret my relapse, but.... then my mind and emotions feels normal again.. thats why it feels like i cant surpass these withdrawals.

i cant focus studying or in class because flatlines make me so emotional.

 

Wat actually went wrong with brain regarding chemical imbalance if u can explain bro. Is ther serotonin low level also

 

The only weird physical symptoms I haven’t expected (for a week or so now) is an itchy forearm, feels like ants are crawling on me. Wakes me up at night sometimes, hot itching...
