Help me beat my urges

First off, I would unfollow those Instagram accounts that seem to be causing those urges. Maybe you could delete Instagram in general because I don't see a point in it these days. Second, I have a few techniques that have all worked for me:

1. Ask yourself: "Is this what you really want?" Maybe you'll change your mind
2. Placebo effect: Gently place two fingers from both hands on your temples. Rock your head side to side. This actually worked for me.
3. Go out and take a walk. This way, you can get some exercise in too.
4. Think that urges are your addiction leaving your body. This in particular has also worked for me because it lets me think that I'm improving.

Most of them yes but they’ve all worked for me and thought I’d share them

 

I also relapsed. But Im not sad. I know streaks dont mean nothing as long as you are not making any progress in life. Right now Im just trying to figure out whats the next step and trying not to let shame and guilt get in the middle so I can move foward again asap
