  1. I feel like some things I watched will always stay with me , altough I dont want them to , I would like to forget them. My downfall was pretty similar to everyone elses , just trying to find something wierder and wierder , something that would be new and have that wtf factor on me. I wasnt always like this , it used to be that just seeing a girl in a bikini would be enough to "Wow" me then i went to gangbangs , orgies , then trans porn then gay porn then even few times watched a video of a fucking dog doing some girl just becouse it was crazy and I couldnt believe that exists, its not that those stuff attract me in real life, I even tried to go the gay route but realized it was restricted to just being a porn thing and I think im not really attracted to men since i wasnt before all this and seeing them in public has no effect on me... Now i havent seen anything wierd in a while and im trying to get back on track but it feels like these things will never stop haunting me. If I never started watching porn I would be a perfectly normal happy person.. I could get in more details but this is the opening question I have , can you get over it?

  2. If it doesn't effect your life , who cares, like anything you will forget , you will only remember something that has really shocked , but even that will be forgotten and can pop up if something related triggers it . But so what , just forget it again .
Don't worry so much just, stop watching freaky shit , and walk away . Focus your mind on more important and productive things in life and you will fill your working memory with things that actually matter , not porn images , so what u saw something messed up . What matters like anything in life is how you respond , and move forward

  3. I believe so long as your working on developing better habits, you're brain will disengage from the old P cues that have embedded themselves. Speaking from experience though, its going to take some time, much more than 90 days.

I read this Time magazine article on addiction recently where this former alcoholic, who hadn't had a drink in 20 years deliberately exposed himself to alcohol while under observation from a neurologist. After the session was over the neurologist told him he could be certain his brain was no longer responding to the alcohol cues (touch, taste, smell) the way he had 20 years earlier. Not saying it will take that long, but just using it as an illustration of how we are capable of conditioning our minds in a positive manner.

Here's the the amazon link for the article, though its available at every newstand right now:

Yep, and this is the route to recovery from masturbating to porn. It is not only stopping it, but replacing it with good stuff.
