Clearly, common sense isn't your strong suit.
Let me help put a few things in perspective for you before you make a bigger fool out of yourself:
1. The forum may have over 270,000 members, but more than half of these accounts are either inactive, abandoned, or deleted.
2. Not everyone is 18+ or has the means to donate money anonymously. A large portion of the members are kids who live with their parents' money or other people who literally do not have the liberty to spare any money.
3. Not everyone lives in the USA or UK. Currency exchange is a thing. $5 up there can mean 5000 in some countries, making it ridiculously expensive for some.

Not being able to donate does not mean not caring or being a loser. I had to create a new account on nofap and a new one on PayPal to be able to donate, lest my parents find out I spent a chunk of my money on some online forum for porn addiction because I ask them to keep an eye on my expenditure, being the spendthrift that I can be. As far as they know, I bought an online course for manga drawing.

Not everyone can go to such lengths to show support. Open your eyes. The world doesn't end in your house.

 

If you are disappointed with community that is your personal feeling,problem and opinion.
Calling people losers without any important reason speak much about you.Calling someone loser just can't help situation.
If someone want to donate that is his/her goodwill.

Well, you can do your part. Forcing others is a bad idea. Also if you gonna call everyone a loser, be prepared to find yourself right in the middle of that crowd. Donations are always a personal choice, and you can't speak up for everyone's financial condition on top of all things.

 

No, but you're shaming people who either cannot or simply do not wish to provide donations, even though you've no idea what hasn't or why hasn't more people donated. Not that I'm saying I have or haven't, but I'm certainly not going to donate because some irrelevant children (you and the guy that liked your OP) think I'm a "looser".

 

I can respect the fact that you want people to donate more, but shaming people doesn't help and propably wouldn't be accepted by Alexander himself. Also you don't know why people haven't donated more so you can't really judge them for that.

If "freeloading" wouldn't be accepted here, the forum would propably be behind a paywall. I wish it doesn't have to come to that, but as long as it hasn't, no one has any kind of obligation to pay anything if they can't or don't want to.

People have plenty of reasons for not donating. Calling everyone losers for that only makes YOU look bad, not them.

I personally think this lawsuit is incredibly unnecessary, and I don't believe in suing people unnecessarily.

If I'm going to donate money to a good cause, it's going to be one I think is worth while. I don't think this lawsuit is worthwhile.

Not to mention the fact that tons of people here probably don't even have the money to spare. And nobody is entitled to take their money, or shame them into giving it. I have personal goals that are important for me and my family, and I need to take care of those. I also give, when I can and when I feel God leading me to, to good causes. I do not feel God leading me to give to this unnecessary lawsuit.

You're being incredibly judgemental, dude. You have no idea what people's financial situations are, and even if people have a lot of money, they don't have to give to a cause they don't believe in. You can be a supportive member of this community and still not agree with this lawsuit, or have any interest in supporting it.

 

Sure, let me donate one of the two dollars I get monthly, I hope I manage to not starve too fast.
