You mean a wet dream? There's no way to stop that, your body has to release semen somehow. It's not a big deal, and you really shouldn't count it as a relapse.

Unless you're consciously doing it and aware of it, it should just be a wet dream.

 

I know what you're talking about i've been through the same problem many times,i lost a streak that way it is as if one fap Sleepwalking And wake up in the middle of the act.

In my case i couldn't stop and lost my streak but now i've being able to stop it bEfore the act start.

It is too dificult to stop it due to the fact one is not Concious and all goes automatic on its own,i have to admit tha Not even i know what to do to stop that to happen

 

Sometimes an effect comes upon someone when sleeping; usually you have been in communication or sleeping in neighboring rooms of someone who "threw" something your way. I know this sounds unlikely and hard to pin down, but it happens. You lose control with a release of seed, you are not to blame.

When younger I went through experiences when people were angry with me, etc. and I lost control out of anxiety.

 

I have dreamed I'm fapping, but then I wake up and even though I'm hard I know right away I wasn't... and I haven't cum. So at that point as long as I don't finish the job while awake I consider myself still good.

 

I had this problem for a while. It went away for me when i stopped touching myself for any reason. I made myself consciously aware of where my hands were, especially in bed. This pretty much worked for me
