    Hi everyone,

    I am on my 27th day on rebooting. Not jerking off and not watching porn is suprisingly easy for me. I have support of my brother and my friend and it is really nice. But I have noticed that my thing is not reacting to anything now. I can't get hard just from imagination (even just for testing purposes) and it doesn't react to any kind of touch. I kinnda thought that after 3 weeks of no PMO it will constantly look for my attention and will get really needy but it have not. I only have very shortly lasting erections after waking up and after that there is nothing...I have started to worry about myself or if i am doing anything wrong.

    Another thing is i have noticed really huge mood swings and the real parkour of emotions on everyday baisis. I know that it is because of huge amount of hormones and i am trying to find a way to lose it a little bit.

    Do any of you have any advice for me? I am really focused on the goal here to reboot and revire myself back to being nromal guy without ED problems...

    Ps: This is the longest time without PMO since i have started fapping so for something like 13 years now

    I have the exaxt same, we call this dead dick symptons, its all part of the flatline. It takes time brother, everyone is different, aim for 90 days of no pmo and no sexy pics on social media. Dont want to scare you but om at day 178 and still not fully recovered.

    sigh... If I just knew how it is going to damage me i would have never started. Thanks man. At least the goal is really something worth aiming for!

    Totally agree, we should be teached in class what porn is doing with our brians.. wish you the best of luck and when you feel the urge, go outside for a walk, do a workout, cook some healty food, meditate, read books, listen to music but do everything you can not to watch porn!
