    Been on nofap over two years.
    I am on my longest streak. 525 days without fapping.
    Anyway. I recently started taking gla supplement. ever since I started taning that , I've noticed that my left nipple looked a little larger.
    I touched it for about five seconds if gla was causing my left nipple to swell.
    And suddenly, I felt weird feeling in my penis (definitely wasn't orgasm , felt more like my penis was regurgitating)and it turned out I came a little.
    Very small amount.
    I even had to kind of squeeze my penis to check if I came.
    I know that I didn't try to get any sexual pleasure from it and I am not stupid enough to do masturbate especially when I am on 525 streak.
    Since it was such a miniscule amount of semen,(i am not sure it it was semen. Maybe it was prostate fluid?) I am not feeling tired or feeling guilt or anything.
    But I am a little confused and know how you guys think.

    Its not dude. Dont be that hard with yourself. If you keep going with that mentality the only thing you are gonna get is decepcion with yourself. 525 is such and impressive number (congratulations man) to relapse now. Take it easy and be pround of yourself.
