I've always said "this is it" but this is the first time taking action. Let's go

So many times have I said "alright, this is the last time" then the next day or even the same day, jack off again. It's pathetic. No girl wants a guy who stays inside and masturbates all day. Fuck that. Longest I've gone has been 9 days and that happened last November. First discovered porn when my junior high gave out personal laptops to students. I wish that never happened. This is the first time I've taken action to make myself accountable. I've made an account, let's go.

- Push-ups when horny
- Cold showers

Reasons for doing so are
- Gain more joy from other things rather than nutting being my only pleasure
- Better with girls
- Better socialization in general

First time I've written stuff out like that. Nice. Also, day one down which was easier than all my other day ones. I think my body recognizes how serious I am this time. I've had no urge to look at porn or masturbate. Hopefully the rest is this easy but I know that's unlikely
