Anyone ever experienced a kind of insecurity attack while going through their challenges???

    i am talking about this:

you start feeling great about yourself after doing so well and not fapping etc. then it starts to make changes in your life... you are more forward, more confident, less anxious and more sure of yourself

then one day your body just kind of says "thats too far!" and gives you a kind of anxiety/insecurity attack, and tries to pull you back into shame and guilt and insecurity that you are sort of comfortable with...?

anyone ever experienced anything like this during their reboot? like your body and subconscious mind actually wants your to be insecure because its safer and being self assured is more or less... dangerous??

any info on insecurity/anxiety attacks experienced.

Yes actually. It kinda just makes me feel like I'm never going to make it to day 90 but I obviously know that I will. If you feel insecure then find a friend to make you feel better. Trust me, it works.

I experienced it too man. I think it's just the part of reboot. The deppression and anxiety can really lead to a relapse unfortunately. I've been there and I've seen it. I relapsed on day 35.
I used to smoke cigarettes for about 5 years. Thanks to nofap I quit them, and I don't smoke for 2 months now. The first 2 weeks we're absolutely joyless. But then one day I just woke up and I was born again.
I'm guessing you'll experience something similar, shall you persevere. Good luck.

    Edit:
I see u quit them too man, so you probably know what I'm talking about.

Yea, good point about quitting the cigarettes... i feel like after about two weeks I realized i don't even want to smoke anymore!

NoFap also helped motivate me to quite smoking and live better in all areas of my life, the anxiety/insecurity attack i was having this morning might have something to do with quitting both things simultaneously.

Yea, the anxiety attack was really strong today but it came and went, i figured it was only natural and knew it would pass eventually... just such an uncomfortable feeling.
