So i found this out from an Indian You tuber, that porn stars have to say that all the scenes that were done by them were consensually done, which is known as the exit interview, they won't be paid otherwise. So a lot of "illegally trafficked girls of various ages" are given different drugs to make them do such horrible scenes.
For Anal fisting scenes they shove Cocaine in their ass so that it becomes numb. They are given tremendous doses of drugs to make them do those scenes which is completely fueled by us. The Gang bang scenes which we used to watch turns out to be real life gang rapes as some guys think that all girls are like that, which is induced from porn, now when that doesn't match with the real life case they do it forcefully. Porn is a reason for Rape, i don't think there's a tiny doubt on how damaging it can be. There was a rape case in India of Dr. Priyanka Reddy and that video was one of the most searched video on Pornhub. It's dangerous how normalized this has become but Porn can't be banned as it's too mainstream now. The only thing we can do is educate people about how it affects everyone, so that they can choose to stop watching it. If they don't watch it, porn industry will eventually go out of business. Although it's such a vicious cycle that most guys who suffer from ED won't know it's from porn so they use Viagra and in turn the medical companies also support porn industry. It's just real deep shit.

I mean, I agree, but its like what Optimum Fortitude said, thats not what the thread is about. The difference between porn and alcohol/drugs is a bottle of whisky is an inert, non-living object without thoughts and feelings. So is heroin or cocaine or one of many pills. Sure, an actual porn video is just an arrangement of ones and zeroes at its very core, but the content of the video is what I'm trying to address, as the content of the video is made by real, living men and women and as the articles explained, a disturbing amount of these videos are the result of criminal and unethical activity. I'm not sure what blaming porn or not blaming porn for addiction has to do with any of this. I may not blame porn specifically for my addiction but I sure as hell do blame porn and the porn industry for being a cesspool of criminal, immoral, and unethical practices that exploit people every single day!

This kinda stuff if brought up in the articles if I remember right, and its really horrible stuff. At what point will people accept that porn profits from human suffering and even if millions of videos ARE completely above board and legal, that also means millions arent? The fact porn still has allure to it even after knowing all this is a sign to me of how insidious it really is.

  4. Fair enough.

I feel like I fall on the "it's two consenting adults, so who cares" side of this issue. Now I know you haven't made any claim about what should be done, if anything, but as far as I know, if people want to watch violent sexual acts then we should let them. Hell, I recently found out about bestgore.com, and let's just say that it's basically pure violence and nothing else. Interestingly enough, the owner and many of his viewers are blatant misogynists. I wonder if there IS a connection. Yourbrainonporn has linked sexually violent porn consumption to increased aggression levels in viewers. But there have been studies that link violent video games and aggression as well, but that doesn't make it true. Maybe it's possible for people to watch violent porn and not ever feel the desire to hurt a woman without her consent. I just don't know.

  5. Hey man, but you're still missing the point here.

We're not talking about the issue from a viewer's perspective, but from an actor's perspective (the woman in the violent porn video).

The issue is not whether people who watch violent porn are dangerous and would want to hurt a woman without her consent. The question is about the woman IN THE VIDEO who was actually abused in real life to make the video. That shit actually happened, and no one seems to care if she's a sex trafficking slave who was sexually molested and drugged from 15 y/o onward. Should we let this happen? Can we let porn producers monetize sexual violence on real people? Can you be OK getting off to a gangbang scene when it's obvious no woman in their right mind would be hammered and degraded with so much violence? Is it even legal?

  6. Oh well if they're not consenting and informed on what they will be doing, then no obviously I'm against it.

Ive read the whole thread and i couldn't agree more with what your saying. Ive not yet met anyone else who sees this as clear as i do until today. Im new here and this is the thread that has prompted me to create a profile. So thanks for your post.

Once you watch these things so much you began to loose your mind in a sort of way. Its scientifically proven that it carves its own pathways in your brain. Somewhere in there but the fact is that its damaging. Like you said its made to be normal and if the user tries to talk about there use it usually results in a joke, just outright not taken seriously. So while people seeking for help are being helplessly made into a joke to be laughed at or just not taken seriously. Some young lost girl who is searching for her way in this cruel place, is being misused, misinformed, and disassociated from the very thing that makes someone human. I will not say what that thing is, if you want to know then read and listen to the awareness in which we are trying to bring. Its also physically damaging to some users, some users become so addicted to porn it actually changes their behaviour and their demeanor. At the stage of excessive use it can disrupt your digestive tract, if you keep using itll began to cause severe digestive issues. After these health issues develop you began to have problems recieving nutrients from foods. At this point if your bad enough off in porn your body begins to break down because it cant heal its self properly. I know this because this is my story with pornopgraphy. The original poster and the people agreeing with him aren't telling porn addicts that their addicted because they dont know. I am addicted to porn because the damage it has done to my mind. We know we have a problem. We talk about these things because we need to warn people of them. The only way to combat the porn industry is for people who have suffered by it to bring awareness, prevention is how you conquer. Porn destroys lives. End of story

Before saying something is or isnt evil, we have to determine what evil is.

If porn was good, it would be wholesome.

Its not wholesome by any means so I dont think its a far stretch to say its evil.

I dont know any porn stars that dedicate their lives to helping others.

All vices are evil and if you can't or dont want to see that, nothing is evil to you.

This is well put, and I think a lot of people here could do with taking a little more personal responsibility for their addiction.
I do think that P could be better regulated - if you read that twitter thread there is a lot of naivety about the industry, a sort of 'well if it was filmed and on the internet it must be consensual and all above board' - it isn't Hollywood, and far too much of this stuff is produced for any meaningful regulation to take place. And regarding access too - countless posts on here talk about 'accidentally' accessing hardcore P at a ridiculously young age (pre teen). Is it bad parenting? Sure. Could ISPs do more to restrict this material for households with young children? of course they could.
I'm reluctant to get too involved in the P regulation debate though as I know I have to stay completely clear of this stuff for fear of relapse. For the people who do want to take on that industry though? - good luck to them!

Moving away from the semantic argument for a second, I think its hard to argue that the porn industry isnt at least malicious, if not outright evil based simply on how it exploits people. The people involved in creating porn are exploited, the people consuming the porn are exploited. It would be one thing if we could 100% prove everything is above board here but its not, its provably not. I'm not even approaching this from a moralist or religious viewpoint, I'm approaching this from an ethical/criminal viewpoint. Not only is a lot of porn criminal, a surprising amount of it, its also not a "victimless crime" or a vice where the only person being affected is the person with the vice.

This is another fair point that the "let people do what they want" argument misses. A lot of people are first introduced to porn at a very young age, an age where they are too immature to fully understand what they are doing and why its harmful to them. Even if they were aware they likely wouldn't understand the severity of it because they are children.

  14. Given the fact that everyone watches porn nowadays, it might be a good time to break the taboo and start educating people at a young age about the reality of porn and the dangers of compulsive use. Sadly, I don't see it happening as long as porn addiction is not officially recognized by the medical and scientific community and added to the DMS.

    Guys.
I have to be honest with you.

I am sorry I didn't see this video before decifing to NoFap.
Is the video so unique, that it's worth a reset?

I am seriously considering it. If it wasn't taken down anyway.

Guys. This shit happens and girls like it. I did something similar to a girl if you read my journal. This site is about NoFap, not about celibacy or boring sex.

There are millions of 'unique' videos, thousands are uploaded every day. Why are you doing nofap?

It's very unusual for a girl to get off on being actually physically abused, although some like a little role-play within a safe environment and with a guy they really trust. But if having sex with a girl without tying her up, giving her electric shocks and making her cry is 'boring sex' then - well, let's just say you're a long way off being 'cured'.

    Reading some of the replies to this thread has been extremely frustrating. This is not aimed at anyone in particular but I'm really starting to get the impression some of you either didn't read or dont understand what the thread is about. This thread is about the malicious and, in my opinion, evil, side to the porn industry that benefits from the exploitation of men and women. As stated in the articles, massive sites profit from non-consensual videos and sex trafficking, and the thread was intended to bring this to people attention and make people consider that maybe the porn they thought was all above board, actually wasn't. Food for thought if you will. This thread was not;

Trying to argue about porn regulation and the legality of the acts shown in these videos. Newsflash, if a video is non-consensual its already illegal, thats the whole point of the thread. Its the potential ambiguity thats the problem.

Trying to shift blame for porn addiction away from users or try to "scapegoat" porn as a way of absolving ones own involvement. Again, the whole point of the thread was to make people aware that they are possibly benefiting from illegal or at the very least unethical porn.

Trying to make a moral, religious, or otherwise puritanical argument about the acts shown or trying to police what is done between two consenting adults. Once again this thread is about the ambiguity and possible illegality of PORN, it has nothing to do with whatever the fuck people do in the privacy of their own homes.

If someone gets off by binding and hardcoring a girl, then noFap in its true sense only means that he should not watch such movies and masturbate to those, but he should actually do this in real life.

But moralists here tend to claim that he should not only cease watching it and masturbating to it, but that he should also cease such activities in real life, and only do "normal" and "nice" things in real life sex, such as misionary vanilla position.
Whats "normal" is also defined by those same "moralists".
    I disagree with that.

The main reason is that almost all girls like beying hardcored to some extent and will switch a nice friend for a rough guy at a moments notice. Redpill 202

    Is my point clearer?
