    is my ocd ( obsessive thoughts about womens body all day ) are caused by pmo ? How can i heal it

    Hey brother i am also going through the same phase. I am also obsessing over a women's body all day long. It is due to pornography since our brain our rewired having sex with a female on screen so it might automatically not figure out between real women and pixel ones but maybe overtime we may be able to get over it.

    Are you also suffering from anxiety and other issues to because i am also going through the same phase.

    Yes i get anxiety from sexual thoughts. I dont feel excited or happy .just anxiety all day and obsessions . Is there any treatment u taking . I m obsessing over girls from real life , do you also or u just thinking about women from porn and not from real girls around you
