scenes that stick to your brain

This is definitely the reason of more than half of my relapses. Not much of a psychologist but I suggest cramming stuff into your brain, whether it be work or studying or fun stuff. Keep yourself occupied.

 

Everytime an act pop up into my brain I imagine a noisy police officer telling me to stop looking at it and I think of something else. Sounds stupid, but it works for me most of the time.

 

I was told one time that when you feel out of control to find one thing that you can control.

So when I feel like that I say to myself I can control my hands and i start drumming them on my knees.

 

I have exactly the same issue! I'm now trying to associate that act with something negative or gross. It kinda works so far. Also, when scenes come into my head I start to think about something that pisses me off - something from work or politics - but I'm not sure how healthy that is. Still, I can only fix one problem at a time...

 

I just reminds myself that i promise myself i will take nofap for lifestyle for rest of my life,and urges gone.
