is there is softmode?

    I swear its been 3 days of searching and I still couldn't find an answer

    1- is there is any soft mode?
    can you date and have sex, or HJ while you are on nofap?
    i understand its best to go 90 days hard mode, but what if you are in a relationship and you fool around with your partner once a week or something? anyone has recovered or seen improvement using this way? how long did it take you?

    2- if yes you can play around sometimes, would it be bad to do it after you take the blue pill? in my case those pills help A LOT, but would it be bad to use them while you are in recovery? the idea is to re-wire your brain to enjoy things with humans not screen, so doing that with pill shouldn't affect the healing process, right?

    (1) soft mode: Yes, absolutely. Simply stopping the use of porn is fully supported by the NoFap community. It's a huge step, and in my opinion the most important step. You might be interested in the 30 day lite mode challenge.

    (2) If your goal is to re-wire your brain to enjoy things with humans and not a screen, then I agree "blue pills" are consistent with that goal.

    Ultimately, each NoFap member picks her or his goals. The community supports them. Sometimes that support takes the form of urging you to do hard mode. Find what works for you. Good luck, and welcome!

    update: That having been said, if you are a young person and need blue pills to perform, you may think about taking a few months off from orgasm (PMO) and see if that helps.

    My best streaks have been in soft mode the recovery is slower but it works.
