    Hi guys, so it's a year today of me no O, no PMO, no sex. I never plan to O again in my entire life.

    Why did u chose to do quit pmo ? Did u have any mental issue like many of us ?

    You never plan to orgasm again in your life? If you're really serious about that and you don't do it simply because you subscribed to one of those semen-transmutational belief systems, then please go see a therapist. This forum is about quitting pornography, not for entirely removing the sexual component of your life.

    If you do it because you believe one of those semen-transmutational theories, understand that there's no proof to back this up.
