    my sleep deprivation is gone, the truth is, it just need some "time" to be healed and nothing else

    i realize this couple day's, i didn't wake up in the middle of the night again..my flat line is gone now

    idk what phase wait for me in the future of this journey

    i hope to god that i can overcome it

    Day (1)38 checking in
    So I am near of the halfway in the ex-ranks so urges decided to come back
    We didn't meet each other for too much time I think :).
    But I have control.
    It's suffering anyway.
    Mind tries to trick to come back in the comfort zone of the P no matter how long the streak is.
    But I am not here to give up.
    That's not what spartans do.
    So I worked this morning and then I went to the gym and this afternoon will study
    Tomorrow the test I failed will be repeated.
    But I won't repeat myself :)

    Check in day 8. I’ve always hated dating. She put in very little effort and we had less in common than I thought. I do tend to be a try hard which I don’t recommend doing. Almost self medicated with pmo, but then I remembered you guys :)
