Does anyone ever feel like nothing is happening some days during your recovery? I don’t feel bad or good just feel like I’m getting by, feels like my body isn’t rebooting, feels like my body stopped recovering and it’s just being, kinda worries me at times but I’ve been through periods like this in the past during my current hard mode streak of 350 days.

Isn't a 'bad' day really just a 'normal' day?

It's up to us to fill it with interesting and happy things

Good and bad days have to do with the presence of withdrawal symptoms. A bad day is not always the same but it includes some of the following but not limited to brain fog, anxiety, low energy, moody, low libido, no interest in the little things, no motivation . A good day is when the withdrawals go away and it almost feels as if you recovered and you feel amazing because you feel normal with great clarity no anxiety plenty of energy & motivation. A day where I feel like nothing is happening is somewhere in the middle between a good and a bad day don’t feel great or terrible.

I have had mostly bad days during this current streak as I’m still healing.

But i think if you are feeling nothing isnt that bad am i right? Because u are not suppose to feel happy or sad when nothing is going on. Its more like a default mode i guess. As for whether u r healing or not i dont think most of us here knows the exact answer but it is safe to say the longer u stay away from PMO u should be doing better. Well since u have been almost a year clean u can compare your current self and the previous 6month self, should give u a clearer idea. Some post here suggest the longer u r in your streak, the healing process kind slows down alot. And are u living a healthy lifestyle? Eating right, sleeping and waking up early, moderate work outs?

That time during the reboot where you say nothing is happening no lows no highs is what I’m talking about. Has anyone experienced this for a significant amount of time it’s been a week so far where I haven’t felt much lows or highs in terms of negative or positive side effects. Brain fog is still with me as it’s always been with as a long time pmo user except for the good days during my reboot where it lifts.

I’ve lived a very healthy life style for the last 12 years because of my pmo addiction I was looking for ways to live a better life and the healthy habits stayed with me to this day. I eat very healthy get quality sleep and work out 6-8 hours a week for the last 12 years.
