What are your triggers and do you have solutions for the triggers? My trigger was looking at Instagram models and lying to myself that I wasn't relapsing because they were fully clothed yet it always led me back to porn so I unfollowed all of them. Yes all of them. What about you guys?

That is a trigger of mine too. Probably a very common lie for many. Or something similar.

Unsettling unconscious edging out of sleep is a huge one because when I open my eyes I am already in the heat of the moment which has made me no longer want to keep screens nor magazines in the home but I left my phone in the kitchen drawer last night *fingers crossed* and one tv in the living room has the cord cut, well they both do, and the one I smashed with a stone.

Internet is not coming off my phone but try a Light Phone II if it is a concern and you can afford it!

Only using laptop in public is a great idea I agree only do that if you have the ability to.

    Nice video.

I have a similar trigger. I would search for YouTube models and similar non-nude content but I was literally getting the same stimulation that I could get from P. Then M&O soon followed. Since I had failed already, I would proceed with a full P relapse.

I agree, it definitely helped me as it also got me out the house, either that or I only used the laptop around people in the house.
The mornings are the worse for me. I still have problems with it. What I do is jump up and do some exercise, it took a while to get that habit though.

That's the thing your brain tries to tell you it's ok because they're fully clothed, but it's still the same. I forced myself to get out of the house and to see real women.

Have you got hobbies. What used to do was make a comedy playlist on YouTube. Then whenever I felt low I would play that.

    have you got any hobbies.

main triggers were awake late at night alone, edging, watching psubs on social media (ig, facebook, reddit it's ****ing everywhere) and before taking a shower

coming on this site, talking and even listening to audiobooks helps me

Oh My God, my trigger is identical! I don't lie to myself, I know it's the same. If I relapse, as I have done several times, it will be because I have returned to Instagram.

Well YouTube videos are really bad for all of us i guess. I try putting YouTube on restricted mode. It helps to a certain extent but then you can always switch that off so it's up to us to stay in control.

I also search for random images on google when I am feeling low.

Recently I have started using Facebook and reddit more often than I wish and these can be triggers too.

Also after going for a period without any pmo, my mind plays tricks. I feel like checking if I have cured. Only once to check my status. But this is always a bad idea. Beware of this one.

Is feeling low really a trigger? Has anyone found ways to deal with it?

If anyone has a problem with youtube I suggest using this DF Tube(distraction free for youtube). It basically hides all recommendations. So you can be more productive. I have been using it for a few months and it's really useful.
