    So I've been addicted to PMO For 6 years now. My longest streak has been 8 days. This year, I was able to make it to 6 days of NOfap. I relapsed because of stress caused by work and school. Right Now I have ED as a result of my porn use. I've never had a girlfriend. Last year, however, I was lucky to get a date who I took to my place, kissed and then I finger fucked her.

    Don't give up, it wil take time and will be hard but also really worth it. Find ways to keep yourself busy, from a new hobby, just taking a walk, excersise or watch movies/tv series.

    Are you taking any medications or consume any drugs?
    I do not telly need you to respond but stimulants affect sexual repose, and can lead to effects you describe.
