Mine are similar. Have you seen any improvement whatsoever since they came about?

    To echo the above.

14 years of porn and sex addiction, with around 4 years of cocaine addiction

Main symptoms; weird extreme social anxiety, terrible sleep, weird brain pressure

Well, I have cured my PIED. The actual reason for starting my journey. Things are good in bed now finally and thankfully. As of PAWS, I haven't seen much improvement yet. I have started fasting and will report on that soon if it helped me.

Yes yes. So you know about it. You must be Muslim ? Anyways, I am following the Ramadan rules for fasting. When everything designed by men is failing, you have to run back to original plan of God. No other way out really

I'm just under 6 months into reboot and I've felt huge improvements with PAWS. First 3-4 months I had crippling anxiety & ocd, anhedonia, suicidal thoughts, insomnia, brian fog etc.. I saw most of these symptoms lift throughout the 4th month with my only problems now being low libido (flatlines) and sleep issues. Overall mental health has greatly improved. I'm still definitely not recovered after 167 days but I can say PAWS have reduced.

My addiction was quite severe, 10+ years PMO since 13 years old, was very bad in the 2-3 years before I quit I was watching maybe 4 hours a day every day. I'm also long term anxiety and depression sufferer so I used PMO to "self medicate".. I found quitting PMO and doing psychotherapy very beneficial to improving my mental health overall but I'm still struggling with libido / PIED problems that cause a lot of anxiety :(

I have recovered from PIED. You can read my recovery post here
My main issue right now is PAWS. I recovered from PIED after 8 months of abstinence but my PAWS are still killing me into my tenth month. My addiction is 12 years long but my PMO session was never more than 30 mins long. I am glad to see that your PAWS recovery is quicker than mine. We are quite opposite in this regard. My libido is back, my PIED is cured and my sleep is perfect. My PAWS mainly are social anxiety and panic like attacks for no reason.

So how did you know you were fully over PIED and libido issues? I thought I had recovered for a bit in December, libido felt balanced, morning woods returned and sleep was normal but fell back into bad flatline in January that has since improved. My PIED problem has never been too severe I've always been able to have sex but I have problems staying hard and often have a complete drop in libido for hours after one O. Have you experienced anything similar?
I would recommend finding a good therapist to help you through PAWS, if social anxiety is a problem try to tackle any issues you might have with self esteem.
I believe if you stay away from P, have more good sex rewiring with your girl and have some success with therapy your mental and sexual health will be 100%.

If you read my post, I couldn't have sex my wife for a year because of PIED. I can have normal sex with my wife now without any issue. Whenever we get intimate, I can easily get erection and maintain it throughout the intercourse. I don't get what you mean by complete drop in libido after O ? All I can tell you is that if you keep porn out of life, things are gonna get even more better for you. Secondly, when we are using porn, our brain is always driving us towards O which we get used to and think of it as libido. That's not libido, that's just your addictive brain driving you crazy. Natural libido is quite different from this. And you will get it back soon IMO

That's great that you have no problems with sex after a successful reboot, respect for sticking around the forum to keep others motivated!
I just meant a very long refractory period, I usually feel libido high when I first see my girlfriend after a few days but once I orgasm I feel very little libido and then I struggle to get fully erect again. I'm hoping this will improve with more time into reboot.

Did you start taking an antidepressant? And did you have any history of mental health issues before? Great to hear the success. Keep going

I suffered with depression for years. Still have bouts of anxiety (mainly about libido) but it's much more manageable than it was before my reboot, especially social anxiety which isn't a problem for me anymore.
I never took antidepressants because I knew SSRIs would fuck up my libido even more. I did start seeing a psychotherapist early on in my reboot as I was feeling suicidal during the most intense flatline with OCD, anhedonia and all the rest.. Was also reading here how underlying mental health issues contribute to worse PAWS so I made an effort to tackle self-esteem issues and learn cognitive behavioral therapy with my therapist. This combined with abstaining from P was important for me.

I’m the same bro, roughly around day 140 something, still suffering with PAWS such has OCD, anxiety, Anhedonia, low libido. But since I’ve started with NoFap, the improvement has been massive. I’ve found weight training to be very beneficial. Cutting out other dopamine highs such as drinking and smoking as well has helped. Only started to see a lot of improvement around the start of month 4.
