1 Day Done.

 

Day 8 of 21. Feeling tempted this morning. Thank goodness my wife is up early. Actually, the reason I am tempted is the wife is up early barking at me. That is a definite trigger for me. That is why I am posting now so I can call out this trigger and that I need to deal with it differently that doing a PMO session.

Day 0, Starting again.

 

Day 9 of 21 of this challenge. I still have bitter feelings lingering over a confrontation/conversation I had with yesterday with my wife. I need to deal with these feelings as they have the ability to blow up in my face. I have the ability and power to respond in good ways to negative experiences. It is my responsibility to own my feelings and not be controlled by them. I will not use PMO as an option to hide.

 

Day 10/21. Been a hard day just powering through it all.
