I am still waiting and that's ok
Meanwhile I won't lose time.
This morning had my training,
really proud about that, there were fewer people than usual,
so less chance to test my improvements in social anxiety but that's ok.
I will creat my own chances.

 

Really proud of you my friend, in this period you can think that you are still the old you but this small actions prove that you are changing, you are making step towards, and it doesn't matter how small, the important thing is to never stop.

 

So my friend,
You're almost here.
Your actions talk for you so I can't even know what to say, you're so much greater now.
You spread hope here.
And hope is more powerful than anything.
So use your power carefully

I suffer from depression as well. 10 days is a good run, but you can do better! Today I decided to disable all my social media. It makes me anxious and depressed sometimes and I don't want it to cause me to relapse.

 

Congratulations on new rank Spartan Soldier! May our enemy quiver in its boots.

 

Day 0. I'm ready to kick PMO straight in the teeth lol. Recovering from a depression relapse and self harm last night. The good news is that I am more social than I used to be. I'm dancing way more and attracting more people. Also when I make mistakes I don't meditate on them and beat myself up the way that I used to. So yay for that!

We had a super bowl party ( family thing ) and I read my mom's text messages to this guy she's cheating with. That was a trigger for depression. I started feeling stuck because at home my dad is verbally abusive, I don't have a job yet, and my younger brother is gone all of the time. So it's just me and my pets in my room most of the time. I don't feel at home in the city I'm in and that's a trigger too. I need 60 vacations lol. So that's what is going on right now. But I'm getting better!
