[7-CHALLENGE] THE SEVEN DAYS CHALLENGE !

Yet you can't be structured and disciplined all the time. I struggle with this too. Eventually you'll be in a place where you'll have free time and genuinely no plan for it. Not saying I have the answer but I'm in it with you guys

So I'm on Day 1 if anyone wants to journey this with me. I also bit the bullet and I'm working with a therapist on it. Whoever's motivated let's go at this 7 day challenge together and see if we can get it

I relapsed yesterday. Today I start again with day 1/7! I really hope to be stronger this time.
