im kinda feel much more comfortable and confidence right know,,,like i less care about what people think about me, even tho i cant talk to women while staring into her eyes or stop ogling , but i believe that time will come eventually in this journey

Change Your Identity .

You do what you do based on your identity . Therefore right now you have the identity of a person who watches a lot of porn and masturbate , therefore all your actions work in that direction only. All you do describes about your actions and behavior in that direction . For example, if you are a person that loves being fit and gym is your first love of your life then all your actions will be in the direction of a healthy person . You will not have any craving or need for that burger or pizza or any other junk food , even if you have all the junk food in front of you , you can simply say no with almost no will power required because that is who you are because that is your identity .

Therefore in order to recover fully the first step which you all should take is change your identity . Start believing that you are a person who doesnt like porn at all , porn is useless , it is not good at all , investing time on porn is a total waste , instead you can go out and have real conversations with real people outside of your comfort zone. Live life dont crawl towards your death . Dont have any regret when you will lie on your death bed just dont have this regret of quitting this act earlier . Because that feeling will hurt you to the core and believe me you would not like that at all .

Every day is a new opportunity , grab it and change your identity . You will win , just stop considering yourself as a porn addict because you are not , change your identity then automatically your actions will get change . Take care , and have a good day ahead

I was also amazed because I’m so focused on days that when the timeline shifted to months I was like oh wow, that’s so far away and then I was like wait a second, I’m about to close in on five months. Wow. That’s insane. Five months. Doesn’t seem real actually. Anyways. Thanks for sharing!!

Wow. This is so generous. Thank you Spartan. In my check in today I had planned to talk about circle of influence and circle of concern. Today I focused heavily on circle of influence, the things I can control. I had a better day!

It is not that we reach a new level and win and that’s all. It’s that we are always reaching for a new level.
