7 Days Challenge

its been 4 years that i completely ruining my life with porn...
i recently just watched and masturbate..i relapsed after 2 days of no porn ..my mind always trying to get to the poison and i always give it to me.
Help me i am 19 years old boy and fighting alone :'(
i cant take this any longer
i must strive to get over it
pray for me i am really depressed about this.
i once stopped for a few days then again i masturbate this is becoming a loop 4 days relapsed 3 days ...i even cant stop it happening to me 3x in a day once i was badly addicted.
now i am still addicted but i can control it but not much i used to fear others when i am alone its fire at me and i am dead..then i realized what i have done, but i dont give up easily thats my strength.
I Will succeed my 7 days challenge.
(may my Lord helps me to achieve this for His sake)

if i just avoid watching anything that triggers to watch porn ..my brain will start to heal..i know how frustating it will be to avoid 7 days without porn..but i will post honestly how was my day...
i avoid it 10 daya at my cousin house without any frustation but when i am alone ..thats the time it triggers
i am trying my best that i would sit eat near my familt
