This is not medical advice and I'm not a doctor. However it seems there's almost no help given from medical professionals or online about femdom addiction. Interestingly, if you google "femdom help" nothing comes up relating to the search term. And I think some men think that's how they naturally are which is not the case as femdom fetishes are paraphilic (women are sexually submissive).
The cause of being turned on by femdom porn is low serotonin which can be increased with swear words. If you don't want to do it with the swearing method below there are also supplements such as St John's wort and 5-htp tablets but look out for the side effects. And they should not be taken with serotonergic medication. And also ask a doctor if unsure.

The way I cured my agoraphobia, and coincidentally stopped being turned on by femdom, is a rather weird method but this has worked amazingly well for me.
I use the voice in my head to shout at myself in an aggressive macho voice calling myself a "p*ssy, f*ggot, b*tch" with "m*therfuck(er/ing)" between every word. I think it's better to do it in sentences rather than individual words as weird as that sounds. Watch "scared straight" episodes and emulate it to sound like the prisoners shouting at you (I think scared straight 99 is the best one). A really good example of how it's meant to sound is the beginning bit of the song "Woodie - Mob Livin". If you feel it stresses you / makes you more alert !keep doing it! and do it when inside and not concentrating on something. I often do it for hours while lying down and have been doing it everyday for months now. (It's very tedious).
When I say voice in the head I mean the voice that you "hear" when thinking about something. There's no need to say it out loud.

  2. I don't think it would help to me. It's very similar to my imagination while I am lying down that my crush is kicking me and calling me similar to those words, I don't feel better because of it, so this advice reminds me of my fantasy and wouldn't work like in your case. What else have helped to you?

I don't know if the offensive names are necessary but it beats just saying the same word over and over lol. Honestly I haven't done anything else, when I first started doing it it felt so stressful it was actually uncomfortable to do! It stopped feeling stressful after about 8 months.

Yes. I just looked up about the Japanese thing and they do have the same swear words actually.

It was about 2 weeks that I started getting the pain in my chest and that was when I realized it didn't turn me on.

Another cause is frontal lobe damage https://www.psychiatrictimes.com/masochism/paraphilias-clinical-and-forensic-considerations/page/0/1

Sorry, I'll have to change my response as I've just noticed that article trivializes masochism in the last paragraph. If you are in the addiction phase it is not a good idea to stop masturbating as you put yourself at risk of doing it for real. Most masochistic fetishes can make you suicidal if you increase serotonin enough after doing it for real.

I am saying it doesn't help at all. It is very easy to cure and won't go away by stopping masturbating.

  12. Interesting. I wonder if its the swearing or the tone -- literally being a man to yourself.. or the fact that swearing when its taboo breaking shocks the system a little - the problem is its no longer shocking but commonplace..

  13. Swearing is manly domanant loud rebelous powerful, watching SP is weak submissive low voice hidden girly.

Sorry but you've both misunderstood the reason for it. The reason I said above that stopping masturbating isn't going to change anything is because the levels of serotonin in the nervous system are low if you have a behavioural addiciton. Swearing activates the sympathetic nervous system so this method might work similar to a serotonergic type drug.

  15. Yes I understand this but, if someone always swears or always hears it, it is possible they are oblivious to it, so I wondering if the tone is more important - taking an aggresive tone with yourself. I would imagine the 'shock' to the system from swearing was much more 50 years ago when public swearing was less common.

I've read your article thanks I will try swearing next time, actually for me I don't really enjoy watching femdom porn, more like I watch normal bdsm (females getting dominated) and I tend to fantasize myself in their position.

For eg. There is this story I used to read about a girl getting bullied, I get turned on by it.

Anyways what I want to mention is, it doesn't matter if a woman is dominant or submissive or you feel that way. When we get distressed or sad by our fetishes, it comes under paraphilia. Doctors ask if you are enjoying sex while being submissive, if you not then it comes under paraphilia. They also ask if we feel bad or guilty about it later, which is also a diagnosis for paraphilia.

P.s: A mere 90 days Nofap won't get us out of paraphilia, it takes about 2 years with medication and 5 with therapy...

So why did you make a thread that said you had an extreme case of masochism?
It's not going to take that long. Like I say it only took me about 2 weeks.

Is the swearing meant to happen during specific time eg. sex, or is it meant to be anytime? I feel like I swear a lot. I think for me personally chemical imbalances are not the reason for my addiction.

It's not any specific time, just whenever you aren't doing anything. If you try the method and it feels like a fight or flight response it will probably work.
