Yesterday I had a lot of bad urges but I dodged it and made my day

Day 93 still getting bad days my head is still getting used to not having the escape of PMO, but I'm accomplishing so much more without it, still having the battle with my head but thank you for the support while I get through this

 

I relapsed yesterday.
I was alone at home and tired. I had urges thus wanted to go out but it was a rainy sunday.
That's ok, I will try again.

day 26 Reporting

 

We can admit it or we can deny it but all of us would be happy to have this superpower. I mean everybody is happy when he's appreciated, it's natural that knowing that more women would like to be with you will make you feel handsome and strong. It's natural, but it's not what we are aiming for.
We are becoming the best version of ourselves to find the best woman for us.
In the process maybe you'll attract 1000 women or maybe you'll attract just the right one.
Still, the only one that will matter will be the right one. She'll be the perfect woman for you and you'll be the perfect man for her. Nothing more. Because nothing more will be needed.

Halfway of the ex-ranks.
Recollecting my strenght in academics while in gym I am doing very good.
Step by step will conquer academics too and then will be wonderful.
