Can anyone help I'm so desperate to be cured

  1. I am trying to cure PIED and it feels like I've been at this reboot for far too long. I haven't watched P in over 6 months and have been flatlining this whole time. My addiction was only like 5 years and I have had a girlfriend throughout my teens years so I didn't think this reboot would take so long, I also lost my virginity at 16 so PIED has gotten worse over the years. I haven't done more than 45 days of hardmode so I think I need to do the full 90 hardmode to cure this pied. What do you think? Can anyone help me I'm so desperate.

    It's not the days counted that will allow your reboot. You have to make NOFAP a lifestyle. Activate the counter here on the site and forget the days, start dieting focused on your goal, practice physical exercise/sports and meditate. Most important of all follow your purpose in life, if you don't know what it is, find out now.

    Hi buddy,nofap isn't just challenge,i will give example.
    You did hardmode nofap for 100 days,you heal PIED and start living better quality life,after that 100 days you go back to old habit and PMO everyday,after few weeks PIED back and bad quality of life begin again.
    I think getting nofap as lifestyle is best you can do,don't worry PIED will gone soon,don't think much about it time will do the work just stay away from any stimulation.

    If you are still struggling with PIED i would highly recommend going hard mode for a decent period of time. It is not uncommon to see very long flatlines, but take heart that recovery is always possible as long as we are PMO free :)

    Giving up lusting over other women helped me a huge amount. I don't know if you currently do, but if so give up staring / ogling etc at others, and watch what it does to your own relationship in just a few weeks

    You know that this is a dopamine receptor problem. You must also know that porn and masturbation are not the only things that trigger dopamine, thus delaying your recovery. Take thirty days to cut out other sources of dopamine. No sugar, caffeine, alcohol, weed or music.

    Just thirty days.
     
  8. Think of NoFap not only like a challenge or lifestyle, but something you want to do to have better control of your life, to live better and improve your personal decisions
    I have started it to change my mind in first place, not be addicted of porn and spend hours, to be more productive and enjoy by time.
    I can tell you, from my story since i have started it(like 10 days, but it's my first time) that this changed my days, i do stuff, enjoy them(which can or not) and i'm almost different from when i started it. Think about "what i want to be like" or "what are my goals" and you will find your reason not to fap. Enjoy every moment of peace that you have. Learn to stay away from porn and you will master your decisions everyday.

    But, I gave up the entire list for 30 days.

    It worked.

    But, it worked. For the second night in a row, I had really good sex with my girlfriend.

    How do you know you are suffering from PIED specifically? There are many reasons why men suffer from erectile dysfunction and porn is rarely the main culprit unless you have suffered from a really heavy addiction. The main contributing factors to ED are lack of exercise, poor diet and smoking.

    I’ve cut out porn and masturbation permanently.

    I also cut out sugar, caffeine and music for 30 days. Sex is much better.

    My NoFap hard-mode journey began two years ago (and the streak is still standing) and ever since I have never experienced a flatline, only something that resembled it for a week or two when I was slacking on my good habits.
    So, I might sound blunt and prejudiced but the reason for it might be your current habits that you aren't improving a whole lot because there is no chance you will experience a flatline if you are consistent with habits such as exercise, sleep, diet, reading, meditation, etc. While simultaneously taking action to become a better man for every single day.

    I remember my first year of NoFap, I felt almost desperate about getting laid and thought that alone would solve all my remaning anxieties and issues but as I become more hooked and interested in the concept and field of self-improvement and self-realization, I have developed a sense of calmness, tranquility and satisfaction with just being present in the moment and grateful for what I currently have.
    True happiness and fulfillment come from within, never from without!
