Porn, a supernormal tool delivered to destroy the human species

Discussion in 'Porn Addiction' started by Boxerito, Feb 7, 2020.

  1. Your counter is misleading scarecrow, it would help if you updated it whenever you gt the chance.

  2. Thank you for your well intention-ed reply.

2012? Now there's an interesting date/year. So you reckon that was a turning point of some description?

Personally I don't buy the traversing the stars speculation. I'd be surprised if man makes it to Mars and see no point in going there anyway. Nature has built in limits that science fiction like technology probably won't be able to overcome, despite the rhetoric otherwise.

Your views are a lot more optimistic than mine, and that's fine, who knows for sure right?

You speak of corporations losing control, and a mass awakening. I see more exploited, dopamine entrenched, apathetic brain fried zombies. Health and environmental catastrophes. No doubt some truth in all those scenarios.

Long term, I reckon civilisation will be going retro, a long gruelling descent from the industrial. Probably for the best.

In regards to influencing, manifesting, consciousness etc. I do think there is something in it, but also think there are limits there too, despite much new age or cult like rhetoric otherwise.

For me, the concept that pornography is weaponized which is pretty much a given, adds to the already massive list of reasons why I don't want to use it.

I think that much we all have in common.

  3. The bad thing is not the knife. The bad is the robber
The bad thing is not the wine. The bad is the alcoholic
The bad thing is not pornography: The bad thing is the unemployed person who spends it watching hours

Blaming pornography is very easy, it's the spittle goat.
It is society, the government, irresponsible parents who do not monitor what their children look for on the internet the culprits.

Pornography as well as liquor, sugar, coca or knives and weapons are not the problem.
    The problem is your mind.

And you believe pixels on a screen of people having s*x was brought by evil people to destroy humans? Hmm seems like you need help. so far ive read you and someone else claim PMO has caused them diabetes and high blood sugar. Man what has the world come to where instead of facing the fact that you are just an addict addicted to touching yourself too much, has now come to where people such as yourself claim p*rn is the real evil. It's definitely not your fault that YOU can't stop fapping to pixels on a screen or magazines. No it's the p*rn industries fault. They put some magic that forces you to fap and watch over and over. People recording people having s*x apparently to you means they are psychopaths? Man you need help. Man you got issues. Get help.

Yeah, I certainly don't buy the idea that people are liberating themselves or anything else by discussing things on the Internet. It's a massive disaster and a massive collective delusion. Of course it's ironic that I'm on this forum saying that, but at the moment this forum is the main thing stopping me from doing something much worse, i.e. using porn. When I'm ready, I'll leave the forum and my non-work Internet use will be limited to practical things that are impossible or unfeasibly difficult to do otherwise (I really resent the fact that we are basically forced to use the Internet and smartphones to work, travel, negotiate bureaucracy and so on). I saw the Internet from the start and there are many people older than me who have no perspective on its effects and how it has taken over people's minds. There are no forums in the public sphere to say these things as the mass media and academia are totally indoctrinated into liberal techno-euphoria. There are very few people I can talk to about this.

Narcissistic Faceborg. State corporate data analysis, personalised marketing, confirmation biased communication sub groups. Trolling. News is called as such because it stimulates dopamine release for the novelty or newness. Consumerism does the same. Planned obsolescence. Keep on buying pointless shit, and feel better for a very short while for absolutely no meaningful reason.

Buy hey, it's all our own fault, take full responsibility for all your actions.

Well yeah, but it might be useful to talk about what we're up against no?

I think porn addiction is merely a consequence of digitization. Easy global access to high speed Internet. Nothing more.

I think once VR technology will replace 2D porn, the male part of this world will go utterly insane and our struggle with current PMO addictions will look ridiculous compared to that.

    You misunderstand.

I have indeed managed to keep away from porn since early May 2019.

However this doesn’t necessarily require self control since I got rid of the internet. If I have access to the internet at home I’m not sure I could manage such a streak.

    cheers

What I'm seeing going on this thread, is a discussion between two opposing perspectives: optimism and pessimism. @NamaClature14 has very similar thoughts as me. I haven't read anything on the internet that has resonated with my own thinking as much as his post did. Well written, bravo!

Firstly, I would like to ask if you guys believe in karma? Now what do I mean by karma? I mean logic. Actions have consequences. Trying to achieve something utterly selfish through causing destruction cannot ultimately end well. No product (i.e. human beings) of this universe is capable of disturbing its fundamental order without a natural reaction being created along with the action. There's a reason why we have a concept of "good" and "bad". Humans merely understand the world that acts as a foundation for us. We might not understand it thoroughly, but well enough.

Let's think of an example. Road rage. Rage is classified as "bad" for a reason. What does acting out of negativity lead to? Negative consequences. A driver angrily reacting to someone else on the road means they are diverting their focus off from driving and the surroundings. This will directly lead to endangerment: the driver and others possibly getting into an accident. Karma isn't about magically suffering from payback. It's just actions logically connecting to one another. It may not always be apparent, and consequences can come in surprising forms but that's because we can't comprehend everything fully. That's why we use simple concepts, there's truth to them. There's a reason why we even have a word like karma. Creating a label for something that isn't entirely understood is a way of simplifying it.

So to touch on this specific matter talked about over here, firstly I do not believe in the idea that certain people could've constructed such a perfect plan to damage humanity. One of the core reasons I don't agree with this is, like NamaClature said, that defective humans (psychopaths) can't work well together. They would end up destroying each other. Furthermore, they would end up destroying themselves. If this scheme really is true, then that is exactly what is happening. I have came up with a quote of my own: "The web of lies will eventually become too tangled up to maintain, and therefore collapse." Try to defy logic, and see how that works out. It will be a desperate battle that will come back full circle. To add to all of this, the effect of a plot like this might push things into the opposite direction than desired and create a reverse result. Not only is the cause doomed to fail, but it is all-around risky.

My main point being here, is that bad people with bad intentions exist but think about the fact that they're called "bad" for a reason. The universe isn't bad by default. Malevolence is an attempt to break the rules of our very existence. I would like to mention a good example regarding this: pedophilia. In addition to destroying the life of a victim by acting out of this disorder, it goes against nature. As a species, we can't continue surviving if our most important members are being ruined in the first stages of their growth. Perpetrators are hypocrites that wouldn't be alive in the first place if humans behaved like them. I have recently discovered that the UK has a problem with these individuals. The corrupt system possibly built by the very same kind of people has been able to let them lurk in the shadows. Now this might seem contradictory to my thoughts about the main topic of this thread, but these are different cases.

The reason why I believe the issue regarding UK is because of the evidence provided. Search the name "Mike Tarraga" to get a better understanding of what I'm talking about. In this matter, it seems like these abusers have been able to work together in order to continue their actions. It makes sense but based on this, I still don't think that damaged individuals can competently cooperate with one another. And clearly the sickos in my example were able to do it for only so long. This part gives me some ground to continue my thoughts a little further. To reference NamaClature: "The fact that 5 people can have a conversation about this and it can be seen by hundreds more and maybe effect thousands more than that is such an overwhelming ripple effect that it cannot be stopped." This is exactly what is happening regarding my previous example. I don't live anywhere near the country of UK, yet even I know about the issue.

All these claims can make one go paranoid. It is easy to look at the world through a lens of pessimism. And to build an overly coherent idea in your head of what is going on in the world. You might end up forgetting your own life and all the good things in it. To you @juniormelville , I would like to say that choose your perspective. The fact that you can choose it is already a very good sign. The reason why we become better is because of how bad we were. We wanted to improve. We were addicted which consequently pushed us away from our old ways. We were ill, so we wanted to recover. We fucked up, so we learned from it. The more mistakes we make, the more we know, and the better we become. So choose how you want to look at things. A phone is a great tool. That's all it is. And everyone has a choice how they use it. I was the worst when it came to many things, including the dependency I had on my devices. Because I was like that and experienced it, I became against it. Look at yourself, why are you against these things? You are an example, just like me. You are experiencing these things firsthand which pushes you to become better! We can all become better, and not let ourselves fall victim to anything. With the help of each other.

  12. First and fore mostly, lets start with the concept that psychopaths can't work together. Based on what evidence?

Front what I gather psychopaths see themselves as better or above those that aren't. These are the victims they generally seek to predate upon, not other psychopaths. Psychopaths, especially the well educated, will often seek gravitating towards positions of power within society to really exercise their charismatic "superiority" and predatory ways. Politics a popular choice where many adrenaline kicks are to be found, because they don't feel much else in terms of emotion. The "buzz" of the lie without any remorse. So there you have it, birds of feather etc. No empathy for the victims or the manipulated enablers, though some kindred respect for other predators, mostly.

Don't know for sure if Karma actually exists as some cosmic force, but regardless there is plenty of shit in the pipeline past and future for sure. Great if the concept helps you along in life, power to you! Have often wondered if Karmic loopholes exist within the dark arts, or whether it's baloney, or by what degree. Again who knows?

Contemplating and researching the darker shadowy areas of history and speculating about similar trends for the future is not for everyone. Nor is considering the serious yet imminent implications of an industrial society caught up in it's own hubris. It's certainly been a part of my journey which is why this post grabbed my attention. I really have got better things to do with my time than continue arguing the finer points of civilisations darker machinations, or dumping swathes of evidence from a cumulative history of interests. What's the point?

Was good to connect with minds more open to some of this stuff.

Regardless, best wishes to all with our common aspirations.

To learn more about how free tube sites are the real winners in the digital market competition, and how they, albeit paradoxically at first, devised the most clever strategy from an economical perspective, until creating a particular monopoly that you could compare with Microsoft in 1990s, check out here.
    https://nationalpost.com/news/how-a...er-heard-of-took-control-of-the-porn-industry
You see how they parasited the traditional model (i.e., if you want access to porn, first pay for it, the model prior to 2006) until a point in which the parasite is actually stronger than the host. From game theory perspective in economics, it is the best game strategy (and a very dark personality strategy), as they always win: when addicted people (through free content) escalate to premium content, they get 50% of the share, they choose how to redirect people through the net (which is a form of power, influence or control, similar to the owners of social media), they own much more data that the reviews published by pormhub each year (which is worthy perhaps billions at the individual (customized ads) and global statistics level), they make easily much more than facebook through ads (people are much more hooked to these screens), they can blackout competitors, long etc. The so called "free" model is actually the one that produces the highest revenues, that is my point, and it is not a strategy exclusive for cyberporn content. And once you are an economical power, other social forms of power are doors you can open through your billions of keys (what I called social engineering, eg in terms of women or racial attitudes). You can be sure a form of Cambridge analytics also exists for porn, not only social media.

I recommend to complement the reading with these teds

Check out this one too (only 3 min), it comments on data trade towards the end.

Porntube tactics are exactly comparable to the witch of the Hansel and Gretel story. A supernormal stimulus of dopamine spikes conceived to make you arousal obese (as revealed in brain scan studies) to the profit of a psychopathic mind and our generation detriment, with a facade of a candy house that is actually a cage for the mind/brain. Revisit the story, it is eerily similar.

@Boxerito Quite interesting. I'm pleased to see someone has made a video to try and appeal to teenagers in a straight-talking and amusing way. I would need more convincing about the correlation between porn and ED though - all kinds of things could have happened in that time period.

I mentioned how the free policy of tube sites is, paradoxically at first thought, the most efficient economical strategy. They started as pirates or parasites of regular paid subscription producers and then have grown to the point of actually owning (purchasing) the product they initially stole and becoming a true extremely powerful monopoly (to the detriment of our increasingly addicted society).
