[14-CHALLENGE] THE FOURTEEN DAYS CHALLENGE !

Reset in day 10 not very proud of that action but I am going to continue the journey..

 

Day 0/14. reset today after a 15 day streak (including the 7-challenge). gonna continue until i've made it through day infinity

 

Day 1 is almost over.

Day 1 begins again. I had a major setback on sunday and I am still trying to break out of the relapse

1/14. this time, the plan is to be fully prepared for the well-known "urge wave" which usually takes place somewhere between day 10-16

 

Coming from the 7-day challenge, do I count day 8 or day 1?

Day 7 completed with a lot of trouble. Barely managed to keep up, edged 3 times for a couple minutes. Was able to stop and correct myself pretty quick, so I’m not going to reset my counter.

oh, and day 1 begins yet again. i am n a relapse but maybe i am free of it and can start counting again
