21 of 21. 21 Day Challenge Complete!! Amazingly enough I am now 45 days non PMO! Yeah! 45 days is, for whatever reason, when the struggles get real; when I want to go back and hide from life. I can't turn back now. I will start the 30 day challenge but I will simultaneously do the 1 day and then the 3 day challenge to get me through what could be a rough time. It truly is one day at a time.
