    Hi all,

I am 42 years old, I have not ejaculated for 50 days and I didnt have any wet dreams yet, is this normal ? I expected to have wet dreams since the balls must be full or half full on day 50 of no ejaculation.

When I was on porn I used to have wet dreams, I used to watch porn every 5 days, but only for 20minutes or so, after I orgasmed and ejaculated I would stop watching the porn.

I'm on day 170 with no pmo and have not had any wet dreams yet. I don't know why some people get them and others don't as my health is basically fine. I also don't do cold showers or have a strict diet.

Maybe it is beneficials to not have wet dreams, you are then keeping your precious semen inside you, better than getting wasted in a wet dream where you dont have control over.

Got a wet dream today, what I did the two or three days before was reading text porn and watching some porn, not for long but lets say 30 minutes or so without ejaculation intentionally. Further I just looked at women in my enviroment and in facebook. I did some manual stimulation to get erection every now and then. So I guess maybe these are triggers ?

In my experience, sexual thoughts, edging and watching porn increase the risks to have wet dreams. It's like heating without cooling, your body needs to evacuate the excess of energy due to stimulation in one way or another and that could manifest through wet dreams.

It's not completely avoidable as we cannot control anything, but you can decrease the chances to get nocturnal emissions by staying clean (physically and thoughts), have a proper diet and limit sugar at maximum in the evening and transmute the excess of energy by exercising.

If you feel hot and agitated before going to sleep, try cold showers to cool down, it may help.

    Stay strong.
