Hands not for the genitals but for building and creating your new life. Eyes, not for porn but for observing and watching yourself grow!

@Wolfyoufeed I'm just about due for my helmet! But I've hit a rough patch and would like to postpone the ceremony before I work a few things out. The edging came by surprise and before I knew it I was surrounded and I fear the worst. I'm at a low point and find myself captive to the enemy. I am bound by tight bands that I am furiously sawing with the vibroknife and reaching and grasping for ever last breath of strength not to relapse. I understand that once I receive the helmet I can never take it off and I am fully committed to the cause but I shamefully admit that the ambush made me realize that I am not ready. I need more time! When I make it out alive my strength will be restored and I will prove to myself that I am worthy of such a great honor.

That’s respectable. Visualize yourself winning that battle every time you have trouble, pray...a lot. And if you think the situation is dire... call to arms! We are here for you and want to see you win!

    Make us proud

@Meep is wisely waiting a few days as well.

    *hands Vibroknife and blaster*
Welcome, make it to day 7

    Day 66

Went to a party yesterday. It was the first time I didn’t overeat. I also stuck with my normal eating routine of mostly fruits and veggies. I did have some whiskey offers but only a little. I felt great and controlled and proud of my self control

  10. DAY 0 again!

I am clearly struggling at the moment but I am still optimistic. Time to change my strategy completely.

I feel your pain.. I had to change everything from my food, where I put my phone (at first), the temperature I took my showers, I basically dropped watching shows and movies (at first), I made myself only look women in the eye (at first), made plans for my idle time.

My whole routine basically changed.. but it was worth every struggle and sacrifice

agree with @Wolfyoufeed i gradually change my habit and my plan on every relapse until this point tho

start from exercise, delete my beloved game account, not imaginating lucid thing's again,

and now im fighting with mobile phone, i even buying a lot of book's and a clock just to replace my phone alarm and habbit

somehow it works and somehow its just another fail plan, but if u keep trying, i believe someday u will find "the it work's plan"

Strength is life, for the strong have the right to rule

Honor is life, for with no honor one may as well be dead

Loyalty is life, for without one's clan one has no purpose

Death is life, one should die as they have lived

There may be tough days ahead of me but I hereby willingly accept my helmet and swear to never take it of or let it be taken from me.

I'd like to give this a shot. Heck, I've already got the avatar! I need something to latch onto. Don't go by my counter below. I keep that for physical act-outs with escorts. Hopefully I never reset it again. I did PMO this morning, so Day Zero is today.

Those willing to test their mettle? Yes
Be aware, this is not for the faint of heart.. here we don’t expect perfection, but we do expect fighters... those who will spring back in spite of those self-loathing feelings. To be a Mandalorian you have to be resilient, and identify your pitfalls and avoid them.

*hands you a blaster and Vibroknife*

Make to day 7 and your on the roster!
    Welcome to the Clan!

*hand signals to you two... points towards enemy*

One last word of advice...it’s not just about your mental strength/discipline... it’s also about changing everything that could trigger your failure. Maximize your ability to win and minimize what makes you fail. Always keep in mind why you must win!

A happy day for the Clan! We now have 4 Mandalorians and two more to accept the helmet when they feel they are ready!

    Mescalito... *places helmet upon you*
As you have said...so may it be. You carry the honor of the clan while you wear this helmet. This is the Way.

    ++UPDATE++

I am not able to keep up with everyone’s day markers. If you check in, please leave the current day of your challenge here so I can upgrade your armor and Rank as is earned. We are growing, some never return... we press on.

I think Mandalorians Holleyman and ‘Belle are due upgrades so please let me know.

    Day 68
Frustrated over failing the same university exam by a slight margin.. besides that, I’m feeling happy these days, choosing the right attitude and looking at the positive. I don’t want to lose all this good that’s been earned. I feel loyal to my maker.

  18. Thanks guys for the suggestions! It seems that I will have to make wholesale changes if I am going to beat this thing once and for all.

  19. Day 1

It feels good to be free of PMO once again! My new strategy involves doing deep inner work including cultivating spirituality at a higher level (full reliance on God through prayer and Bible study, cultivating Christlike qualities) and deleting habits that are directly related to the PMO cycle such as sleeping late at 12 am, using my phone in bed. I also have developed a relapse prevention strategy and I plan to stick to it at least for the next 49 days without fail. Should the urges become strong the first step is to use my phone's stopwatch and set a count down of 30 minutes so that I can delay the decision to relapse. Within these 30 minutes, it is expected that the urges should naturally subside. I will also engage in deep breathing to reduce my heart rate within this period. In addition, I will engage in a pre-determined activity that will distract me from the urges such as weight training, bible study, shadow boxing, cycling/jogging (if it is in the day time), sleeping, watching comedy skits, praying e.t.c. I plan on rehearsing my relapse prevention strategy three times a day so that I can ingrain this habit into my brain and becomes automatic. I adopted this relapse prevention strategy from https://www.socaldetox.com/four-ds-relapse-prevention/

Finally, I want to challenge myself by doing cold showers for 30 days so that I can start developing a calloused mind prepared for hardship. Day 0 Cold Shower! I know this will be hell for me
