Considering if what that homeless guy told you is true, most men in this world would be much more controlled, considerate and at balance and peace than what they currently are. Yes, I wonder how these stupid ideas get promoted. The body uses up a huge amount of energy to re-balance itself after sex. Sexually active married adults draw a lot of energy from their spouses and kids, but that is no excuse to keep the sex organs constantly under severe stress.

We have an epidemic of prostate cancer and female sex organ diseases in women. My mother died many years ago of sarcoma of centered around the female sex organs. My father was a pack or two a day smoker. The toxicity in the male can get passed into the female's sex organs in various ways. The human body is very resilient but people should take charge of their health through good diets, exercise and health regimens.

 

Yeah that's the blessing and the curse, isn't it? There's this one gal at work, she's always had a great body but I considered her face/hair maybe a 4. This was when PMOing. Once I was on no ejaculation for 3 months but I didn't know that nofap has been practicing by people all over the world. And I wasn't expecting anything from nofap.
