First off, congratulations on making it to day 10!
Regarding your question: for me porn and masturbation have been really bad habits that I used to help with my own anxiety. So now when my anxiety comes up I can get snappy because I'm not doing a good job of coping with my emotions. At times it honestly made me feel bipolar because I would cycle through emotions of self loathing and anxiety and my sleep would be all kinds of messed up. Some people on here talk about working out to help and that has worked for me in the past too. I also try to play scales guitar because it forces my mind to focus on something else for a little bit. Not sure if this helps, but to me what you are going through reminded me a lot of my own experiences.

In my opinion, sudden feelings of being aggressive and agitable is withdrawl after a long depression. You're just now starting to wash it all away, and in the time being, aggressiveness pops up here and there.,

It's normal. I'm about as calm and relaxed a person as there is and still when withdrawing, mixed in with the urges and feeling really low, I have times of being very uncharacteristically aggressive and snappy. Doing your best to try and separate yourself from your thoughts and emotions is the best way to handle it so you don't end up snapping at someone that doesn't deserve it lol.

  6. I feel it sometimes yeah. Strong aggression with a mix of horniness(REALLY BAD COMBO) I dont know why it happens. But when it does take a deep breath and maybe have a stress toy with you.

I've been this very calm and polite person forever and since I started nofap I became aggressive, hot-tempered and impulsive. I developed this "zero-fucks" behaviour.

It's a very exhausting feeling and I even was already close to start fights in public a few times because of trivial reasons. A behaviour that is completely alien to me.

My therapist says it's a positive thing because I finally start showing emotions of being "alive". In some way I agree. Thanks to PMO I've always been this very inhibited, nice-guy personality. And now it's changing. I don't swallow other's opinions anymore, I strike back and tell them my opinion directly in the face. I don't take bullshit from other people anymore, especially not from women. This behaviour already gave me some trouble, for instance at work, but I think it's going in the right direction.

If you watched Breaking Bad you might relate to Walt's saying in Season 1 that he feels finally alive since he started taking charge of his own life (in a criminal way of course, but still). My aggressions make me feel more alive. But it's very exhausting and tiring. I hope it will wear off soon. Don't vilify your aggressive emotions, embrace them instead. They are a sign of rebooting. Your brain is just a little confused and projects your aggression on the outside instead on the inside like you did with PMO before. I'm confident it will wear off after a few months.
