I feel like shit recently, and I always end up fapping cause it makes me numb and forget my problems for just a moment and then I feel bad afterward but especially recently I can't handle the pain in my life so I use porn kinda like a drug, I wanna fight this shit so badly.

It's good you've realized porn has the EXACT same effects as drugs do. Get clean now before it becomes an even worse issue! We all are here for you man! You have an opportunity to be drug-free! Read the forums and learn from others.

Yes you might need to reach out to someone in person if you are feeling hopeless. It’s hard to fight the drug if you have a lot of things you need relief from and no healthy methods of coping.

Exercise can be a huge help but you need enough motivation to actually get out and do it.

How badly do you want it? Are you willing to make sacrifices?

  6. i have same story here , recently I am studying at the library with friends or just doing any social activities to forget about porn , I back home so late so I cant think about porn , I have forced my self to participate in many actions every day , when I be busy with improving m self I never do porn . but when I don't leave my room , staying there for couple days I relapse . so last thing I wanna tell you , do not feel bad for relapsing , try again , again , and fucking again untill you reach your goal . I have relapsed for 327 in my life , maybe more of that but I am still trying . I am not joking that I have relapsed hundred of times since 15 years . but I will win at the end . be sure that you are bettter than me and can beat every1 else here , no 1 is better than you , you are better than every1 (if you do it correctly using faith and believe) .that is all . PEACE

It would be good if you began seeing a therapist who has good references and even better if he or she has a good understanding about addictions. You are the one doing most of the work it's true, but believe me when i say this option is a total game changer if done correctly. I do also advise you however to do your research because not because the person is a therapist does it mean that person will be good, i remember about 5 years ago i went for this problem with a person who was a psychologist in a place i went to as a kid. Anyway, she not only looked like she was not even trying but she also basically laughed at me when i told her about my failed long distance relationship, and also charged me quite a bit. I never went back again. Two years ago the addiction reached a boiling point and did research this time and started seeing a therapist since then, this one DID have good references. It's changed my life in so many ways, that and the fact that in spite of relapses and failures i haven't given up. I went to stop PMO addiction, stayed to become a better human being.

  8. You are depressed, as long as you stay depressed you will not be able to change your behavior.
Depressed people are bad at fighting, they tend to assume they will loose and give up on a hunch.

You need to deal with "I feel like shit and feeling numb" part and that will lift depression and let you see joy in life again, your behavior will reflect that.
