    Hi, last year I successfully made it to 103 days before I decided the benefits and superpowers weren't apparent enough and I told myself it wasn't worth it to continue abstaining.

    This time around I'm at 30 days and noticing clearer thinking and more enjoyment from little things. I'm sure because of the reset of my brain's dopamine. My biggest threat to progress is fantasies about particular videos. I try to overcome the urge and whole body experience of bliss by looking at the whole process as one. I'll see the porn, get keen to watch the video, enjoy a few seconds of bliss, search for more until I O, then feel deflated and completely sexually uninterested or even disgusted. With the whole process lasting maybe 5 minutes it's nowhere near as good as the fantasy would lead me to believe.

    If anyone has other ways beat fantasies I'd be keen to hear your methods. Keep strong everyone and remember failure just teaches you for next time.
