I confessed to my husband not long after he told me why I was so devastated.

    1. I could relate to the women on the screen. (Before Jesus saved me). The need for love was so strong, I sacrificed true love and traded it for Being a used Play thing. I didnt understand sex was plain sex and love was love.
To me, I felt like a sex worker, paid far less. Two drinks? Cheap! Was I a perve, sex addict, nope...my stepdad was a registered sex offender and my father M.I.A.

    2. When a women realizes she can't get true love she will seek power. Since no one will love me, my object became one of destruction. Self-destruction and male destruction. Since there isn't a reverie, both parties will feel justified. Abandon love for a woman and the next best thing is her heel in your neck. (At least for me and other clubber women I befriended).

Reading these forum posts, and even growing up with the most misogynistic brothers and father ever, I never wanted to believe it. But most men, are that. The struggle is real.

So the cycle continues. Men are visual. Women are emotional. Yes women can be tempted visually, just like men can be tempted emotionally. But the jist is these elements rule in each gender and feed their complacency.

In short, that porn model is NOT experiencing the pleasure she is faking. She is not in that profession because it feels good. And according to most news today, she is there because a trusted male forced her into sex trafficking or encouraged her by some other motive. The premise it, sane women do not subject themselves as the women in the videos.

The women are wounded and suffering from profound mental/spiritual issues.

Look away. If you see someone's leg cut off are you going to find pleasure? (Some depraved might, this is not for you)

See PMO for what it is....hurt people hurting people. Want better for them. For yourself.

U always used to think before that if girls give consent means everything is right what is shown in videos. But reading some of the account and about addiction I could now realise how fake it is......... And we guys strive to achieve that epitome of fake with real world....... Causing Emmence despair.

Yeah... just cause they give consent doesn't mean it's right. also teenagers (even adults at times) cant make right decisions for them.

  4. What are your thoughts on amateur couples making videos and sharing? Obviously there is mutual consent and love there, or is there something bad there too?

I doubt amateur videos are as amateur as people like to believe. If I ran a porn business, I would be well aware of what a golden goose that genre is. I would hire some prostitutes and make it look amateur. I doubt I'm some kind of entrepreneurial genius, meaning the porn industry probably do this in full scale already.

Not to mention a lot of amateur videos are leaked without consent from the people (women) involved.

People, especially men, like to believe that the world is full of women that enjoy kinky sex so much that they put their bodies up for free on the internet. I would say that happens about as often as there are companies that give away products/services for free, just for the fun of it.

The female porn performers have autonomy. They do it out of free will. I don’t ghink anyone forces them. They tempt women who gave a low level of consciousness by waving money and approval at them.
Yes I’m sure they don’t enjoy it. Sometimes you see disgust on their faces.

imagine sinking so low that you will do something that utterly repels you for money. Mate... put it this way: I don’t need to imagine. I have been there.

Ohhhhh I wouldn’t want to be a porn actor. Nasty. I used to know one. I knew a bunch of strippers too. Most of them had HUGE mental issues

It reminds me of the reality porn from about 10 years ago. Where guys would walk up to girls in a parking lot, lure them into a van and film porn. Me in my teens/early twenties thought these were the luckiest dudes ever. Me in my 30s realizes how fake that was!

As a Christian, my beliefs are biblically rooted.

It says to keep the marriage bed pure and undefiled. Not to mention pornography is prostitution. And if a husband is willing to expose himself and his wife sexually before millions, he is not fulfilling the role of loving "thy neighbor", protection or selfless leadership. Biblical leadership is servitude and self-denial. Not exercising some masculine authority for the sake of power.

If two addicts date each other, it doesn't solve the addiction. Addiction is referenced by many Faith's and walks of life because it is harmful, not because it is helpful.

In any 12-step program, I believe they recommend not dating another addict. They will bring each other down. ~~hence the porn industry in a nutshell.

I like in Proverbs when he said "Don't let your well spill out into the streets."

  11. Thanks , I actually appreciate this. My wife and I made some videos before, I feel it's my PMO addiction that tainted her...because she's a good woman really, but I feel that what I picked up and 'normal' was actually my mind and sexuality corrupted.

Hoping that through NoFap we can get things bk on track though :)

I find that to be very interesting! I believe that I almost did the same thing with my wife, but had a moment of clarity before we were "too far gone" a few years ago. I admire you for trying to fix your marriage!

Yes there are some amateur videos but those are rare, most of these are one of the partner betraying the trust saying first that i am doing it for myself and then posting it on website. Or there are hidden cameras....

But, still now a days ( not previously) I believe that watching that also creats artificial stimulus... Real person will always be real, even that amateur videos can also cause the trouble that porn does... I think

I actually believe in vibrational energy. There are activities that vibrate low and the accompanying emotions are guilt, shame, despair, desperation, anger, fear... Porn vibrates so damn low that the only thing lower would include actual violence.

As I mentioned in another post, the sex shops where I live are in the worst streets in the city. There are various gay sex clubs, there are sex shops with glory holes and jerky cabins, there are HORRIBLE prostitutes including a bunch of travesties and the streets are riddled with drug addicts. It isn’t by accident that these things all end up together. They vibrate at a similar frequency.

Mix with these people and something will rub off (I’m sure there’s a pun in there somewhere... rubbing off... or something) just like if you watch porn, the nasty low-life scumbag energy gets uploaded into you.

    1) There are former pornstars indicating that their "consent" was due to a dependence on drugs and money; that they were exploited and/or trafficked.

    2) There are pornstars indicating that they are partaking in porn out of their own freewill; taking charge of their sexuality is empowering.

    3) There are some feminists that argue if mutual enjoyment is shown between two consenting adults (not just for the man's pleasure) then porn can be a positive.

    4) There are those who will support porn as enhancing their sexual experience or as sex education.

I used to use argument #1 as an incentive to quit PMO, but this has me walking away from something bad rather than moving toward something good. It only works for so long before I relapse.

I used to fall for #2 in an attempt to justify my hours of masturbating with my smartphone.

I have fallen for #3 watching lesbian porn, fooling myself that the women are enjoying each other, there are no dicks present so I am watching the "good" porn.

For #4, women in porn appear to be available for sex all the time; when my wife did not want sex it lead to arguments and then me turning to porn which never rejected me.

I no longer think the debate is necessary. We all have our own individual goals regardless how the porn industry feels.

A better life awaits us and our families if we abandon PMO.

I'd wager, every woman in P industry has proclaimed each one of these four points as their worldview at some points of their life or altogether. Even for those trapped in state #1, it's common for victims to continue to act out.

Amen to your closing statement! Your perspective of personal justification is insightful. Thank you for sharing.

  20. Hi @Beloved98 fellow true Christian here! Glad to see another believer. I just wanted to let you know that i’m extremely serious about purity. And i hope to be a rare gem among men, someone who honors God above all else and has good heart and pure intentions.

I’m 70 days pmo free and am going to wait until marriage for sex. I’m going to wait 6+ years if need be
